This house with a pool has it all and is just blocks from the iconic and newly remodeled La Paz boardwalk. It has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each room has a desk and high speed internet to work in your office by the beach. It also has a large garden with mango tree, garage with 2 spaces, laundry, TV in one room and another in the living room with Netflix. The house is ideal to come as a family to come to work and enjoy the city of La Paz.
You will have three rooms equipped with queen size beds, desk, closet with hooks and natural light perfect for working. The living room is equipped with television with internet, the dining room has space for 4 people seated and a bar, a full kitchen for family cooking, all recently remodeled. bathrooms in bedrooms, large yard for a pet with laundry room, as well as parking in front of the property. There is 5 x 2 m pool recently installed for those hot La Paz days!
To access the house we have an entry system with a key lock, we have a garage with space for two cars and the area itself is an area where you can live real life in peace.
