Gateway to Cabo Pulmo
Just south lies Cabo Pulmo, a UNESCO World Heritage marine park protecting a 20,000-year-old reef. Once depleted, it recovered so dramatically after protection that it's now one of the most abundant reefs in the world — schooling jacks, groupers, sharks and turtles.

Know Before You Go
July to November for the warmest, clearest water and best diving; winter for cooler, quieter beach days.
Warm and dry with excellent water clarity in late summer and fall — prime diving season.
About an hour from Los Cabos airport (SJD) via Highway 1 and the paved East Cape road. A car is essential.
A very safe, quiet area. Respect marine-park rules, dive within your training, and carry water on remote drives.
